Universal hydraulic shears

The machines are capable of performing the following operations:

• PUNCHING – the basic types perform punching in 3mm to 32 mm diameters, depending on the capacity and material type. It is possible to perform punching in round, oval, angular or sectional shapes.
• FLAT SHEARING - the shearing of flat iron or iron bars
• L-PROFILES SHEARING - the shearing of iron L profiles
• ROD AND FLAT SHEARING - depending on the particular type, the machine may be equipped in the basic version with shears enabling shearing rods and square bars
• NOTCHING - the notching or sectional shearing of iron, L-profiles and flat iron (depending on the blade type)

Design

The machines are distinguished by their extraordinary solidity due to the direct working motion of the hydraulic cylinder.
